Readers will be pleased to know that the procedural difficulties in bringing current minutes and agenda to the website was resolved at the January 2012 meeting and it is anticipated that over the coming weeks this area will be re-populated with these documents.

In April 2011 the Pavilion and Recreation Ground Charity was suspended, with permission by the relevant Authorities, to allow the Parish Council time to reassess its legal status and ongoing viability/sustainability. Spurred on by the comments received at the May 2011 Annual Parish Meeting a group of  interested and like minded residents formed the "Cheveley Pavilion Working Group" willing to take up the challenge of resurrecting the pavilion and bringing it, together and the recreation ground, back into active use within the community. Please refer to their agenda and minute  or watch the pavilion working group video to see whats been happening and what activities are planned for the future. The Parish Council and the Working Group require your assistance and input  to bring this wonderful facility back to life!!! There are planned consultations going on over the next few months to ask relevant questions -please take some time to fill these in and send back otherwise your opinion, thoughts and also concerns cannot be taken into consideration.
